Do
I get my own domain name?

Yes! You are automatically given a vanity LenderHost*Com name such as yourcompany.lenderhost.com

Who owns our domain name?
|
You do, for the life of your web site account.

What
if I already have a domain name?
|
If you currently have a third party domain name that you would like to use for this site, you can forward or forward with masking that domain name to your lenderhost.com web site address. This allows you to retain complete control over that third party name and any email addresses attached to it for as long as you own it.

How often is my site backed up?
|
Daily.
We backup all files once a day. Our server system has disk mirroring systems and all information is stored in a remote, secure location.

Can
we update our rates?
|
You control your rates and can update them as often as you like. We set up a password protected area on your site where you can log in and edit the rates from the convenience of your office, as often as you like, without contacting us.

Are
our transactions secure?
|
Yes!
We set your site up on our own internal servers to ensure the confidentiality and security of transactions and information on your site.

How
long does it take to get up and running?
|
It takes an average of 10 minutes to set up a fully-functioning web site. Once you complete the registration process, you will receive an email with your login information. You can immediately begin to edit the content of your site to suit your company.

Can
I add additional services to my base account?
|
Yes! If you do not currently have a LenderHost Advanced site, it can be upgraded. Just review our pricing and options area to learn about the additional features that are available to you. Simply contact our billing department and notify us of your intent to upgrade. We will take care of the rest!

What
browser do you support?

We support most web browsers that have Javascript enabled and claim to be W3C compliant, like Internet Explorer 6,7 and Mozilla Firefox.
